Dixie Blackened Voodoo
Dixie Blackened Voodoo is brewed using an exclusive blend of three big,
dark-roasted barley malts, a heavy-handed hopping of Mt. Hood and
Cascade, then slow, slow, cold lagered. The result is Voodoo... dark,
mysterious, and richly flavorful, maybe even a bit on the edge for some.
Dixie Blackened Voodoo Tasting Notes
Pours deep, dark brown. Very dark tan head with a marvelous lace.
Aroma of toffee, molasses and roasty malt.
Tastes of toffee, caramel and molasses in the beginning and middle. Roasty-burnt malts in the finish.
Rich and smooth mouthfeel that coats the mouth.
Very drinkable brew, very smooth, even on a hot summer night.
