Dixie Jazz Amber Light Tasting Notes
The beer pours a very clear, bright orange hue with moderate-heavy
carbonation and slight head.
The nose is very fruity with sweet
caramel, apple cider, and oranges.
The flavor is very sweet overall, honey, melons, applesauce and
cinnamon that combines with the sweet caramel to produce a spicy and
fruity apple cider like spicing for a finish.
The mouthful is
moderate, somewhat creamy with a nice caramel backing.
Overall, a
very sweet, fruity beer with some citrus and lots of carbonation.
