Birra Dolomiti Tasting Notes
This 100% Italian Pilsner pours a shiny gold with a snow-white medium-sized head and some trailing and sticky lace.
An herbal grassy malt aroma mixes with a mildly spicy hop smell.
The smooth-light malt body has a biscuity quality and a mild herbal taste.
The hops are citrusy with a little tang.
Some citrus peel astringent taste is noticed in the back of the throat. It finishes clean with a light taste of limes. Nice easy brew for the hot summer days or after some strenuous activity.
